Harvest Moon Hydroponics website office is located in Rochester, NY.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday-Friday 11 AM - 7 PM EST
Saturday 11 AM - 6 PM EST

Shipping

US orders only.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 for most products.
*Free shipping does not apply to some growing substrates, large hydroponic systems, carbon air filters and some other large and/or heavy items. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the free shipping deal. Most orders will be sent UPS ground, large orders may be shipped via freight company.

Orders placed before 1 PM EST (Mon - Fri) usually ship within 24 hours pending that the product is in stock, orders placed after 1pm Friday will be sent out the following Monday pending that the product is in stock. We do not ship on Saturdays and same day is not always possible. You will receive a notification e-mail with your UPS tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there are no concerns about broken products on arrival.

We do everything we can to ensure that the items shown on the site are available at the time of your order, and that you are able to get your order when you want it. We will immediately notify you via e-mail if we are unable to ship your order by the next business day. At that time, if you wish to cancel or change your order, just let us know at info@hmoonhydro.com.

Please Note: 
All orders are subject to acceptance by Harvest Moon Hydroponics and we reserve the right to refuse delivery of any orders we feel may be fraudulent.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved by email and assigned an RMA number before being returned. Items must be returned within 5 days of you recieving them. We can only accept returns on items that have NOT been used, opened or damaged in any way. Filters, bulbs, hydroponic systems, nutrients or any liquid items are not returnable.

If the product arrives defective or damaged we will help resolve the issue with the shipping
carrier or product manufacturer.

Shipping is not refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee on all products returned to us.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please keep your original packing slip as it is needed for your return.

Harvest Moon Hydroponics uses a 256-bit SSL encryption for all credit card transactions.
You may also choose to pay directly on PayPal.com.

Sales Tax

New York state sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to all orders shipped within New York state. All other non-New York customers will not be charged sales tax on their purchases.
